Description
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to preparing job offers.
- Implement and monitor staff training and development plans.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
A successful HR and Recruitment Administrator should have:
- A proven track record in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR software.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.
Job Offer
