Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic world of Colleague Relations? We're looking for a resilient, agile professional who is passionate about supporting people and driving fair, consistent employee experiences.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for managers, providing expert colleague relations (employee relations) advice, guidance, and coaching over the phone. You'll play a key part in improving management capability, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing timely and accurate advice on colleague relations queries in line with policy and legislation.
- Coaching and influencing managers to build their confidence and decision-making capability.
- Supporting the creation and quality control of written correspondence with a strong attention to detail.
- Managing a varied caseload, ensuring cases are resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborating with other People teams on more complex cases, including TUPE, redundancy, or discrimination.
- Advising on quality Occupational Health referrals through coaching and support.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience in colleague/employee relations advisory roles.
- Strong background in case management, including complex and sensitive cases.
- Experience in a telephony-based advisory service.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (Level 5 desirable.)
- Proven track record in handling a broad range of cases: disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and more.
- Good understanding of employment law and tribunal processes.
