As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to further extend our technical team by recruiting a senior engineer (power systems) to be based from our Stockport, Greater Manchester office.

We are looking for the following:

• a good degree in Power Systems Engineering

• a deep understanding of power systems and their design. Analysis of transients, load flow, harmonics and stability.
• extensive experience, post-qualification, in power engineering and analysis within a consultancy, industrial, utility or equipment manufacturer organisation.
• competent in the use of modelling software such as ETAP, PSCAD or Dig-silent.
• experience with the undertaking of feasibility studies and detailed design reviews.
• full driving licence - able to travel in the UK and occasionally, for short durations, the EU.
• living in the Greater Manchester area, or willing to relocate.
• full right to work in the UK.
