Join a growing automation company, who special in providing concept to completing automation systems to a variety of industries including Aerospace, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Food & Beverage. As a Mechanical Fitter, this role in a mix of on-site in-house machine build assembly and occasional on-site installation work, providing a nice variety of work. If you have a passion for Engineering, this is a great role for you.

This position is ideal for individuals with a completed trade apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent, solid machine-building experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Ideal candidates are would be from a Machine Build background, be organised, proactive, and enjoy both technical challenges and customer interaction, making it perfect for someone seeking a balanced work life with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission bespoke projects both in-house and on-site.
  • Interpret engineering assembly drawings accurately to ensure precise assembly.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and customers, offering technical support.
  • Provide on-site customer support and basic training.
  • Maintain clear communication with project leads for proactive project planning.

The compensation on offer for the brilliant role include a Salary of 33,600 + overtime, with flexible working hours and generous holidays of 25 days + BH which increase with tenure (27 after 5yrs, 30 after 10years), and Training & Development
