Join a market leading defence client as a Manufacturing Engineer on a contract basis, supporting with production volume readiness and ensuring robust processes on a leading defence project. This role reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for AIT Manufacturing Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring SAP routings for efficient kitting and build ease.
• Developing standard operations across various production modules.
• Providing training and support to build Technicians on the shopfloor.
• Leading problem-solving and process improvement activities.
• Coordinating cross-functional team efforts for cost optimization and waste reduction.

Benefits:
