Commercial Gas EngineerManchester & Midlands£50,000 - £55,000 We are looking for a skilled and professional Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing service and maintenance team, covering a portfolio of commercial and high-end properties across the Manchester and Birmingham areas. The company has ambitious growth plans, aiming to continually expand their service and maintenance division. The Commercial Gas Engineer should share this ambition, bringing a proactive and professional approach that reflects the company's forward-thinking values. This role is solely focused on maintenance and service. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating and hot water systems, as well as undertaking general building services compliance tasks to ensure all properties remain safe, efficient and fully compliant. Duties

• Service and maintain commercial boilers, heating systems, and associated plant
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive works
• Complete general building services compliance tasks (fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, water hygiene monitoring, etc.)
• Ensure all works comply with current legislation, codes of practice and safety standards
• Produce accurate service and maintenance reports and keep logbooks up to date
• Liaise with clients in a professional manner and support colleagues across the portfolio

• 3+ years' experience in a commercial gas maintenance role
• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1 or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of commercial heating systems
• Experience with building services compliance tasks
• Professional, punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £42,000 - £45,000
• £10,000 Annual Bonus (dependent on KPI delivery, paid monthly)
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Company van and fuel card
