Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC machines (milling and/or turning) to manufacture precision metal components.
- Work with a variety of materials including stainless steel, brass, aluminium, and mild steel.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD/CAM data, and job specifications.
- Perform first-off inspections and quality checks using micrometers, verniers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as required to maintain tolerances and part accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines.
