What You'll Be Doing:Manage and oversee the entire sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification through to project completion.
Take ownership of the commercial and financial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Represent our suite of BMS solutions with enthusiasm, credibility, and a deep understanding of their benefits.
Proven experience in BMS sales, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.
Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium systems.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
Financially and commercially astute, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Organised, flexible, and able to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines.
