Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers in the Stockport area. This role offers the option of full-time or part-time employment with the flexibility to work across different high schools, providing valuable support to students and teachers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans effectively in a classroom setting

- Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment

- Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Behaviour management skills are essential

- Collaborating with school staff to support student progress and achievement

Requirements:

- No formal teaching qualifications required, although a passion for education is essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles

- Experience in coaching or youth work is desirable

- Must be eligible to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

The Opportunity As an Outreach Tutor, you must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 lessons that are tailored to each student. The aim of tuition will be to support in the re-integration process of education. The tuition is replacing school for these young people and each individual is commissioned a certain amount of hours.
