The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2+ Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in an Early Years setting.In this role, you may be responsible for leading groups of children in the absence of their teacher, facilitating reading and writing sessions, and demonstrating effective behavioural management skills.
