We are seeking dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a variety of needs, including but not limited to:

• Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)

• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

• Physical Disabilities

• Complex medical needs

• Speech and language communication difficulties

You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

• Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEND, ideally in a school or specialist setting

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Team Teach or equivalent behaviour management training

• Manual Handling / Moving and Handling certification

• Experience with personal care or intimate care

• Knowledge or experience of PECS, Makaton, or other communication systems

• Experience supporting children with feeding tubes, tracheostomy care, or other complex medical needs
