Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Alternative Provision Location: Stockport, SK2 Job Type: Temporary, Full-TimeSalary: .00 Per dayQualifications: Level 3 Teaching AssistantSkills: Behaviour Management, SEN Experience Job Responsibilities: Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing student behaviour Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN) Offer reading and writing support to students who require additional assistance Support the teacher in maintaining classroom discipline and encouraging positive behaviour Provide 1:1/group interventions Monitor students' progress Required Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience: Prior experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or similar role Experience working with students with challenging behaviour and SEN Alternation Provision experience is ideal Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of young people with behavioural difficulties and SEN Excellent behavioural management skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment Familiarity with alternative provisions Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in special educational needs (SEN) support Training in behaviour management techniquesAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
