The school are proud of the positive impact they make in the local area and are looking for someone who shares the same passion for making a meaningful difference to the lives of children.

  • Create a safe and respectful learning environment where all children feel valued and confident to participate
  • Promote a love of reading and communicate effectively with parents to support learning beyond the classroom
  • Get to know children as individuals and use adaptive teaching methods to meet their varied needs
  • Be both an independent worker and a team player, building strong relationships with pupils, support staff, colleagues, and the wider school community
  • Be committed to immersing themselves fully in school life, contributing to its culture and ethos

In return for your hard work, the school offer:

  • A warm, welcoming and inclusive school community
  • A comprehensive induction and mentoring programme for ECTs
