Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the SK4 area of Stockport. This rewarding role involves working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide 1:1 support for a student with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to the student, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Assist with the implementation of the student's individual education plan (IEP).
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on the student's progress to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with complex needs is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
