Job Title: Senior Site Manager Type: Permanent Location: Manchester Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus full package Start Date: ASAP A Tier 1 main contractor requires a technically minded Senior Site Manager with an Engineering background to join permanently and assist the Project Manager with all on site requirements for project deliverability. Projects are predominantly in the NW region. You will be overseeing vast types of works across Education, and Healthcare sectors. As such, previous experience overseeing new build/refurbishment works on Schools, Libraries or Hospitals will be considered favourably. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. • Supervise all on-site personnel, including subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management. • Ensure that the project is delivered to the highest possible standard and meets all regulatory requirements. • Proactivity in identifying and resolving on site issues before they become apparent • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
