Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Civils Site Manager to start for a client of ours based in the Greater Manchester area.

Project Oversight: Manage construction projects from start to finish, including pre-construction through commissioning.

Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact, ensuring continuous communication and support for clients.

Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered successfully and efficiently, meeting client needs and company standards.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project close-out meetings with clients to identify areas for improvement in processes and practices.

Requirements (Essential)

  • Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • CSCS card (Black, Gold, or White), or qualified to obtain one.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
  • SMSTS certification.
