Title: Graduate Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Dry Lining Location: Stockport Salary: £30,000 (including progression opportunities)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and complete tender enquiries for dry lining work.
  • Work closely with other members of the commercial team including Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors.
  • Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
  • Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
  • Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget.

  • Specialist dry lining contractor with project values ranging from £500k to £2M.
  • Focuses on commercial projects, such as care homes and apartments.
  • A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • BSc Quantity surveying or studying towards.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
  • Full UK driving license.
