Job Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Stockport

Salary: 40,000 - 80,000 depending on experience

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Estimator / QS to work for an award winning company in Stockport.

Job Description:

You will be required to work on projects across multiple sectors including office, retail and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:

• To work on single stage tenders
• To ensure estimates are tracked and submitted accurately within set time constraints
• To follow up estimates for analysis, audit and review

Requirements:

• Experience/knowledge of pricing
• Previous estimating experience with fit out, civils or groundwork projects
• Previous experience using Evaluate is desirable
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
