The Role:As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Your expertise will help shape project strategies and secure successful bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather and evaluate pricing information.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project proposals.

• Prepare detailed reports and present estimates to senior management.

• Support project teams by providing cost advice throughout project lifecycles.

• Continuously review and refine estimating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, preferably roofing, cladding and facades.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
