Title: Contracts Manager - Passive Fire ProtectionLocation: StockportSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 + package (including progression opportunities and profit share)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 projects simultaneously.
• Engage in business development to grow the fire protection division.
• Oversee site management teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standards.
• Coordinate direct labor and subcontractors on-site.
• Attend progress meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project programs to meet timelines and targets.
• Report directly to the Operations Director and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

About the Company

• Specialist in fire protection with project values ranging from £200k to £1M.
• Focuses on commercial projects, such as care homes and apartments.
• A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• FIRAS procedures knowledge (essential).
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
• Full UK driving license.
