Active Communities Manager

The Active Communities Manager will play an integral role in the development, implementation and monitoring of Stockport Council's Active Communities Strategy.
They will engage at a neighbourhood level to understand the needs of communities and lead the development and delivery of a range of Community and Health interventions to improve population health and address health inequity.
The role will continually look for new ways to improve and develop our programmes and interventions whilst ensuring that our teams are equipped to effectively promote and connect with residents and consistently deliver high quality provision that we provide to the community.

- With excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, you thrive in managing multiple work streams and priorities to continue the excellent developments that have placed Stockport as an exemplar in Place Based work.
