Description
- Manage and prioritise the diary and appointments of senior staff.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle correspondence and respond to enquiries on behalf of senior staff.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for business purposes.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working within the not-for-profit sector (desirable).
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
