We are seeking a Resident Care Worker to join our dedicated team in an Ofsted-regulated therapeutic children's home rated as "Good."

This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll play a vital role in transforming the lives of children and young people aged 11-17.

About the Role:

As a Resident Care Worker, you will:

  • Work therapeutically to support and nurture young people with complex needs.
  • Help create a safe, structured, and caring home environment.
  • Promote independence and personal development through tailored support plans.
  • Engage in day-to-day activities, such as education, life skills, and recreational activities.
  • Be a trusted role model who listens, supports, and empowers young people.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in care or residential settings is advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection, or a willingness to learn.
