We are seeking a Resident Care Worker to join our dedicated team in an Ofsted-regulated therapeutic children's home rated as "Good."
This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll play a vital role in transforming the lives of children and young people aged 11-17.
About the Role:
As a Resident Care Worker, you will:
- Work therapeutically to support and nurture young people with complex needs.
- Help create a safe, structured, and caring home environment.
- Promote independence and personal development through tailored support plans.
- Engage in day-to-day activities, such as education, life skills, and recreational activities.
- Be a trusted role model who listens, supports, and empowers young people.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection, or a willingness to learn.
