With a busy year ahead and several new commissions across their Residential-sector team, they are now looking to expand their team with a talented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician on a full-time, permanent basis.Joining this esteemed practice means becoming part of a team that excels in the Residential sectors (Housing, Extra-Care/Assisted Living, High-Rise). The practice's senior and directorship team have strong client relationships, resulting in an impressive portfolio of projects. The new hire will support this senior team, contributing to the enhancement and development of the practice's reputation and projects.The role offers a competitive salary in the range of 35,000- 43,000 per year, reflecting the value placed on the skills and experience of the successful candidate. This position provides significant exposure to large-scale projects both across the NorthWest and on a national level, offering an enriching and varied work experience.Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:- A degree qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.- Previous experience working on Residential projects.- Excellent technical skills.- Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD.- Strong communication skills.- Exceptional time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.In order to apply for this role, please get in touch
