We're working with a global consumer brand expanding its digital marketing capability across multiple European markets. To fuel this growth, they're investing in a commercially sharp Amazon Advertising Specialist. The Amazon Advertising Specialist will manage and optimise paid media performance across UK and EU Amazon marketplaces, driving measurable growth and return on investment.

The Amazon Advertising Specialist will

  • Lead campaign strategy and execution for Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP ads across multiple regions
  • Monitor metrics like ACOS, ROAS and CTR, providing weekly insights and improvement plans
  • Work closely with in-country teams to align campaigns with each market's P&L goals
  • Manage advertising budgets with precision, reallocating based on performance
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure listings are retail-ready

You Will Need

  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon ads, ideally across Vendor and Seller accounts
  • A data-first mindset, confident using Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with tools like Brand Analytics, DSP platforms, Helium 10 or Pacvue
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across borders
  • Fluency in English; bonus points for French, German or Spanish
