We re looking for a Project Administrator to join a leading engineering design firm at their site in Bredbury, Stockport. We re looking for someone with previous CRM experience who can provide administrative support to an inventive design team.

What s on offer?

• £12.11 - £12.64 per hour
• Monday Thursday 7:30am 4:00pm / Friday 7:30am 1:30pm
• 24 days holiday (plus bank holiday)

What will you be doing as a Project Administrator?

• Providing administrative support to design teams
• Preparing and verifying quotations
• Entering data into company systems accurately
• Creating production sheets for project workflows
• Booking parcels and managing transportation portals
• Participating actively in project activities
• Supporting with emails, spreadsheets, and Excel tasks
• Handling incoming and outgoing emails and calls
• Logging purchase orders and invoices
• Performing general administrative duties as required

What do you need?

• Previous CRM experience
• Comfortability with Microsoft Office programmes (Excel)
• Strong IT literacy
• SAP experience (desirable)
• A background in production administration (desirable)
