A growing and well-established wealth management firm is looking to appoint a Client Relations Administrator to join its collaborative and client-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within financial services administration who enjoys delivering exceptional client service while supporting advisers and consultants across pensions, investments, and protection business.

Working within a busy and supportive environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring client cases are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within an IFA, wealth management firm, or financial services provider
  • Understanding of pensions and investment products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and manage workloads effectively
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service

Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous.
