Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum Are you a professional and highly organised individual with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? This company is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees to join a dedicated team at their Head Office in Stockport Town Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional administrative and secretarial assistance to the Chair, trustees, and the Company Secretary.
  • Coordinate Board and Sub-committee meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and arranging logistics.
  • Take accurate minutes of Board meetings and ensure timely distribution of meeting documents.
  • Manage trustee data and records, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements.
  • Organise the Annual General Meeting and other events as required.
  • Assist in the recruitment and induction of new trustees.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with tact and discretion.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' secretarial/administrative experience in a position of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of written English.
  • Ability to produce accurate and well-presented minutes and documents.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • A professional approach with the ability to manage relationships with senior leaders and trustees.
  • Commitment to the organisation's charitable aims, values, and equality and diversity principles.
