Description

  • Manage and coordinate department schedules and appointments.
  • Assist in the development of production plans and schedules.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A background in administration
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
