If so, our client, a leading name in the Claims Management sector, is actively seeking a skilled Credit Hire Recoveries Handler to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recover repair and associated costs from insurers efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and claims philosophy.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers in line with introducer expectations or senior management approvals.
• Manage claims throughout the litigation process in collaboration with solicitors.
• Initiate and coordinate investigations into liability and quantum.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and correspondence (both written and electronically).
• Stay informed on relevant legal and technical developments, including motor case law.
• Meet service level agreements and manage personal workflow effectively.
• Generate and analyse reports; monitor progress against individual and departmental targets.
• Build strong relationships with introducers, repairers, engineers, and insurers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support colleagues and contribute to other areas of the business as needed.
• Familiarity with ABI GTA (General Terms of Agreement) is highly desirable.
