Tradewind is seeking a dedicated 1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team starting in September!

Position: 1:1 EYFS Teaching AssistantLocation: School Name/Location Start Date: SeptemberRole Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to children with complex 1:1 requirements.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support each child's unique needs.
• Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children who have complex needs.
• Confidence in managing and supporting children's individual learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
